No they are not and quite‌ a few members here raised doubts about them if you go back 50 pages before‍ they started to claim people's gold gains as their own. Qenta also mixes customer funds⁠ rather than segregating, which is a massive red flag.
 
Good day/afternoon for everyone,⁠ in my case, the last time I got from EPB and Receiver was Oct´24 and⁤ by June found this group. As for Qenta´s comunication. I´ve had no reply. I have⁣ a hunch, that Quenta is sending this NDA mail to specific customers that meet some⁢ specific criteria. I sent them the demand to return my funds -but mine, is a︀ small account- so I think they might not even bother to "negotiate" with me...
 
Thanks Octopus. I´ve sent︊ Mr Schiff a couple of email messagens and he roled me in. But I do︋ believe the so called "silent blocking" could be the case. It´s happened to me before︌ with outlook/hotmail.
 
I think their stategy is to cut⁢ deals with larger customers to accept 50 cents on the dollar and they are just︀ hoping all smaller customers, which are the majority, will just walk away, as it's not︁ worth the legal expensse to puruse a claim.
 
Yes they did. That;s becuase they never onboarded any customers.⁤ They were supposed to segregate the assets to each customer's account. The problem is they⁣ got the assets before onboarding any customers. But a court would still see those assets⁢ as belonging to customers not Qetna, as segregating the assets to customer's accounts was the︀ intent behind the transfer, and Qetna knew it.
 
Euro Pacific bank was neither poorly run nor insolvent. The offical reason for putting it︆ into receivership was insufficeint regularoty capital. The real reason was a PR stunt for the︇ J5.
 
The TRO was vacated due‍ to the lack of participation of the Receiver. I speak with attonrnies tomorrow on lawsuit.⁠ We have 234 plaintiffs so far. Once we get the strategy we can start organizing⁤ the plaintiffs to move for an new TRO. Meanwhile I am still pressuing the Receiver⁣ to repeated what I did. The bank should be going after Qenta too and tyring⁢ to preserve assets for customers.
 
It seems to me that if Qenta holds all the opt-in assets but has no⁢ authority to keep them anymore, they should all be returned immediately and intact to the︀ receiver and let him do the hard work of sorting out the customers individually. Why︁ would Qenta bother to contact customers and deal with them all as it will cost︂ them money. The only reason they would want to do this is to take a︃ cut. With the collapse of the agreement they have no authority to hold onto anything︄
 
As I read the recievers notice regarding the termination of︀ the PAA the opt-in customers are to instruct Qenta what to do with our assets.︁
They ca’t do anything with them without our consent.
I personally instructed them to send︂ me my assets personally, that is only USD in full, not to the reciever.
As Qenta also sent me the email offering the sale of my assets to a third︃ party they hereby also confirmed that they have my assets, or how would they be︄ able to sell them to antone else.
 
Did they send you the offer email after your demand letter? And if so, was there any explicit acknowledgement or reference in their︀ email to your demand letter at all?
 
They sent me the offer email 2 days after my⁠ demand letter was sent to them at legalnotices.
I replied to the offer email but⁤ has not heard from them again.
No reference to my demand letter at all.
 
Peter I know it is a lot of work, but can you send out an⁢ email to the 234 customers to inform them they are on the list? I haven't︀ received any communication back since I indicated that I want to be part of the︁ lawsuit, I am just scared I might have fallen through some cracks.

I made this one and 2 days after on the 16th August 2025 i recieved an‌ the email with offer to sell my assets to third party but without any reference‍ to my demand letter.

My USD cash balance of [amount] was transferred to Qenta under the⁢ 2022 Purchase and Assumption Agreement.
This was my balance at Euro Pacific Bank on the︀ 30th september 2022

As I understand it from the Receiver of the Euro Pacific Bank︁ liquidation, he has made it clear that Opt-in customers must pursue recovery of their assets︂ directly with Qenta.

Accordingly, I hereby demand that you immediately return my funds in full,︃ in USD, without deductions, offsets, or conversions. If the funds are not returned promptly,︄ I expressly reserve all legal rights and remedies available under applicable law, including initiating direct︅ legal action against Qenta Inc. for the recovery of my property, with all associated costs︆ and damages.
