Same here.
As I understand the recievers⁤ latest notice opt-in customers are to pursue our claims on our own.

Well he could at least reach‍ out to us with the status of our accounts.. I have no idea whom to sue or how .. I was promised as an Opt-in that I would get my⁤ money faster than an Opt-out and as far as I can understand now.. even the⁣ Opt-outs haven't received anything yet .. what is this receiver doing ? Is he just⁢ some guy doing nothing at all and now apparently pushing his own lack of competence︀ over on Qenta? Something is wrong with all of this. In my case I was︁ told to transfer all my USD over to my EUR account if I wanted to︂ opt out.. which I did try but the bank never completed the transaction so I︃ was auto enrolled into the OptIns. I have then a few times asked for status︄ from the liquidation team and was assured I was an Opt-in and I have been︅ sent emails a few years ago from Qenta.. its so very very confusion reading all︆ this now.. so the EUR I own has been converted to USD at a very︇ unfavorable FX rate and I didn't consent or approve that transaction, who did this.. the︈ receiver Im told.. so he is responsible for my money then it seems.. not Qenta︉ ..

If you are︈ an Opt-in, have you read the latest updates on europacbank.com? If not, then you should︉ do so as they are time-sensitive.

Same here i︈ tried to withdraw my funds within the allocated time and the EPB portal just wouldn't︉ let me withdraw my funds to my other bank account. It sounds like the receiver︊ is working with Qenta to try and screw as many people as possible out of︋ their monies.

Yes.. all done .. found this forum by chance in a Google search and have been‍ following the past 30 pages or so. Great stuff and advice and I appreciate all that Is done to get ahead of the issue

Yes also emailed Mr. Peter‌ Schiff, to be included in the lawsuit. Since Qenta is writing me NDA emails I'm‍ guessing they have my money and the receiver doesn't

I also received an email from Qenta / Gcoin today asking me to sign the‌ NDA and sell my gold. I think they are fishing to catch unsuspecting / uniformed‍ clients to sell their gold and other assets.
@ Vanilla crime, thanks for the template, I used it and think that you have touched all the relevant points.

The trustee sent‌ that email to bank customers. That's why customers need to demand Qetna return their assets‍ direclty to them. The trustee has regained contorl of the silver thanks to my efforts. So you can email him to recover your silver.

Does the Qenta situation affect opt-out's ? + How are the cash deposits in Euro‌ accounts affected.... should they be repaid in the same EUR-value as in 2022 or 2025‍ + interest?.

As I understand it, the money was converted to USD. EUR account holders never agreed to have their deposits exchanged to USD with a loss.

If Qenta is⁤ responsible to return opt-in assets at current value, surely the receiver is also responsible to⁣ return the same amount of EUR + interest to opt-out customers .....even if converted to⁢ USD, right ?.

The Receiver conveted all deposits into dollars.⁢ I advised agaisnt that. But he doesn't listen to me. So unfortnatlry the Reciever will︀ just return the U.S. dollar value of those euros when they were converted to dollars.︁

Yes, he had the euros sent to a bank out in California that could only‍ hold U.S. dollars.

No I don't have that. I'm sure the Receiver has the record somewhere. I think‌ the Cal. bank did it for him. So likely a really bad excange rate too.‍ Plus the dollar has gone down about 10% since then.

That would be unacceptable...unless they were returned on the same date..... not 3 years later⁤
