This blows back on consumers -> see the people⁠ de-banked in the UK for simply using Binance...

EMI-> BANK or BANK -> EMI has a⁣ full robust record archive for the transfers A->Z.

In addition they carry out AML as⁢ standard practice.

Banks have issues with Crypto exchanges. EMI's do not, both carry out their︀ legally required AML processes.
