Vietnam EMI for non-residents?

Hey,

Anyone knows a Vietnamese EMI that opens for non-residents? EU resident only.

Business account (US) would be favorable, but I assume it's unlikely, so at least personal.

Not long ago I heard about vietnamese parents using crypto to transfer money to their pupils who were studying in EU universities, because there is just no other feasible way.

It seems they are quite cut-off from traditional international banking, but leading in crypto adoption.

To be honest I just need a VCC, so maybe some crypto providers offer that?
