Vietnam EMI for non-residents?

Hey,

Anyone knows a Vietnamese EMI that opens for non-residents? EU resident only.

Business account (US) would be favorable, but I assume it's unlikely, so at least personal.

Not long ago I heard about vietnamese parents using crypto to transfer⁠ money to their pupils who were studying in EU universities, because there is just no⁤ other feasible way.

It seems they are quite cut-off from traditional international banking, but leading⁣ in crypto adoption.

I would be surprised to find such EMI.

To be honest I just need a VCC, so maybe some crypto‌ providers offer that?
