Vanuatu Investment Migration Bureau (VIMB Services Ltd) - SCAM ALERT

of course he's lurking here daily šŸ˜†
Here is his post (he blocked all links from "untrusted" sites like this forum, TrustPilot etc):

Which directly contradicts his claims that OffshoreCorpTalk is not a scam, at the contrary, it helps people to avoid scams 🤣

They have published a new AD: https://www.offshorecorptalk.com/th...ficial-government-programs.49876/#post-378613 (as usual you need to paste the url into a private browser)

Here are the classic scam red flags:

- Minimal documentation: of course, as they sell you fake docs they don't need any documentation. Whatever they ask is just for giving an impression of legitimacy.
- Flexible eligibility criteria: which means that everybody can obtain a fake doc, obviously.
- Minor criminal records may be acceptable: be assured that even "major criminal records" can be accepted, perhaps for an additional fee.
- Name change options available: who cares about what you print on a fake document? You want a passport in the name of Mickey Mouse? No problem.
- Direct government liaison access: sure, Andrew from Vanuatu talks to EU ministries on a daily basis.

Worry not, if you are missing something the Indian guy they hire on fiverr will Photoshop everything:
  • Document preparation and structuring
  • Police clearances and medicals (if required)
  • Passport and ID support
  • Source of funds and asset documentation
  • Bank statement collation
  • Application submission and government liaison

I’ve asked this before, probably, but I either never got a good answer or I didn’t understand the answer I got. Let’s pretend that someone gets a legitimate Guinea-Bissau citizenship and passport. Now what? What do you do with it aside from easier access to West Africa in the case you have business interests there? You can’t travel easily with it. What kind of bank is going to open an account for a white man with a Guinea-Bissau passport? Is there some kind of criminal or money laundering use that I am missing? The whole thing seems like it would just bring more heat than it shields you from.

You cannot get a legitimate Guinea Bissau passport, period.
You might convince some bank to open an account with it, you never know, social skills and money can open doors. But at that point, much better to buy a good replica from a reputable country, at a fraction of the price, and every bank will gladly accept you.

Treat it like a hypothetical thought experiment. If you did get one, what could you do with it? What benefit would it provide?

You might be able to use it to cross some African border (I know people who have used much worse things or nothing at all) and to open a bank account in Africa. Being black would help.
It is also a nice addition to your collection of passports, if you are into this hobby. Your neighbor/friend/girlfriend might be impressed.
