It depends on the nationality where the passport comes from. There are some countries where it is required but for instant Scandinavian countries (That's what I know) are not required to provide any selfie nor have to do any video verification.

In that case who can provide me with a package of documentation of fake darks that i can use to open a TW account?
Well personal experience with FRENCH business account, they asked a wire of 20 Euros. No selfie or Video
Can I ask, was this a legal company (formed legit etc) or business account under a personal name?
Also, did the transfer HAVE to come from an account with exactly the same name as you had on the account?
Oh, and by CC - Does this mean Credit Card? Or?

They had no Video verification the few times I opened accounts with them!
