Suggestion for my game plan

I am looking for a game plan for my next business.

The business is an app in the Chinese market only, or anyone who speaks Chinese but we are targeting mainland Chinese. I am not required to have a Chinese company. I will need some form of a bank account to receive money from Wechat pay, this is how I will receive my money. I have to look to see if Wechat will send money to an EMI vs a traditional bank.

No taxes and completely anomalous is the key. I need to be able to pull money out anywhere in the world, except USA. For the beginning the money will be slow but after a while it could, I hope, grows a lot given the market.

What should I do? How should I set this up? Would it be better that my darks show me as a Chinese mainlander?

You could buy a anonymous setup. Belize corp. Cyprus bank account and Visa Debit card, NO KYC documents required at all.

Yes that could work. Just use Chinese darks and setup a Belize corp and a bank account so you will be able to get what you are looking for.

I emailed wechat pay, I doubt they will answer or if they do, it will be totally unhelpful given me experience with the mainlanders.

I do see that depending on the country there is a list of approved intermediaries I guess you can call it. I still don't really understand what the need for these guys are.

Thailand: Ksher
Europe: Adyen (partially integrated with WeChat), NihaoPay

Excuse my ignorance but I thought real banks are required to see KYC documents? Or do you mean my real documents aren't required for this becuase you give them the darks, them thinking they are my real docs?

Also, when that VISA debt card is issued, does it have my darks name on it and I will have no troubles using it anywhere? Even in the US? I am so new to this so I am all learning at the moment...

Yup, all done with darks and no KYC - if you read around you will see there are lots of information the same.

Thank you for your help auric. I am trying to read and understand everything, I am like a sponge at the moment sucking as much info. as I can and seeing how I can apply this in my life.

So finally I heard back from Nihaopay. THey said this:

1. If I open an app on Wechat and accept money through wechat pay. Can I receive my money to a service like: Advcash, Mistertango, Worldcore, Leupay?
We do not integrate with these payment providers, thus if you use WalktheChat's e-commerce platform, we won't be able to help you to process payment via these providers.

So it looks like I need a real bank auric. Can I open a real bank with darks?

Sounds interesting, the part about an app to be marketed to the Chinese. I'm curious what kind of idea is this? I've been into online marketing. Care to point into any writeups on this market/method. Good luck with your venture too 🙂

I did hear back from them and they said as long as I have a real bank account and a real company, no problem, from any country. So no EMI banks. But Auric has a solution for me.

Unfortunately, they also told me that it is against Chinese law to sell digital subscriptions. So, I have to get a lawyer and figure out a work around. I won't be needing your services for another few months.

Dev Nul,
I will make a write up here in a separate thread about the whole process of selling to China without leaving your comfortable chair and going to China. I want to complete my plan first so I have the ends and outs before I write a half plan here. I will keep you in mind.
