Not that I know of, the last update was a form that the liquidators posted on the bank website. The form is to be filled out and submitted by creditors and depositors
However, it doesn't mean anything about the time frame and/or how long it will take and how much of our funds we will eventually get.
It doesn't look good as they (LBL) have lawsuits pending in the U.S. and till this will get resolved the liquidators won't move to address our claims.
There must be some legal action that we can take as whole group against them

The only positive thing about this is that Deloitte is acting as a liquidator, so I am secretly hoping we will manage to get our blocked funds. No news so far, this could take a few ... years 🙁

I got an email from the liquidator / Deloitte a few days ago responding to my questions and they said there would be news in the next few weeks.

Here´s the latest news. I tried to paste it here but was not allowed Basically everyone must have sent in their account details before march 31st. To Deloitte that is

Hello everybody. Any thoughts over last liquidation update of January 6, 2020, as posted on the lbl web site. Thanks a lot

Thank you for your sustained forbearance. Please note that the liquidation of Loyal Bank is ongoing and the Joint Liquidators of Loyal Bank Limited are committed to keeping all creditors/ customers abreast of the liquidation progress via periodic detailed status updates.

Another status update is expected to be uploaded to the Company's website at: www.loyalbank.com in the coming weeks. You may also refer to the last liquidation Status Update to all Creditors/Depositors dated 4 June 2020 to apprise yourself of the ongoing liquidation. Note that in due course all depositors/creditors will be contacted with regards to their account balances.
Presently the website is down and we are working hard to get it functional shortly. It may be accessible to the people in the next 48 hours. Your continued patience is appreciated as the liquidation progresses.

Kind regards,
Liquidation Administrator
