Seychelles company formation still any good?

I was just wondering if you have found any better offshore jurisdiction to incorporate a company offshore than Seychelles?


So far I own 4 Seychelles companies and looking into another one beside Hong Kong corp. Do you have any suggestion for a offshore jurisdiction (not Belize offshore company) similar to Seychelles, same fee and privacy structure?

Some other jurisdictions to look into would be for example Samoa, Cook Islands, and Brunei.‌

Brunei, do they have public company registry?

No, not for IBCs.

Brunei does require bookkeeping. In my opinion, this is a good thing. Banks and other‌ businesses tend to trust companies that keep books more.

You are looking at around 1‍ - 2,000 USD for incorporation and 800 - 1,200 USD for maintenance with most OSPs.⁠ It varies a lot, especially since Brunei is a rather unknown jurisdiction and there are⁤ few OSPs operating there.
