I read it is possible to register and setup a Seychelles company within 48 hours! Can someone please confirm this?

Also will I get the original documents in my hands or digital copy only?

Yes it is possible to incorporate a company in the Seychelles within 48 hours, just‌ note that it will take at least 2 - 3 business days for the original‍ incorporation documents to be available and to be couriered to you, sometimes it is even faster.

May I ask what the purpose of the incorporation is?

And what documents do you need from me?

And how much money do I need‌ to pay to the company for the shares in the Seychelles?

We need a copy of passport and a utility bill or credit card / bank‌ statement.

Be informed that the passport need to be certified by a lawyer or notary‍ to be a true copy.

I got my Seychelles company registered after 24 hours, that was for about 6 months‌ ago.

Indeed possible to incorporate a Seychelles company within 24 hours, at the moment we experience‌ some delays so it may take up to 3 business days. We hope it soon‍ will be better again.

I placed my order today with you for a Seychelles company + Cyprus bank account.‌ Hope it can be a speedy process :hello:

With the awesome support I got from them then I believe you will have your‌ Seychelles corp by the beginning of next week.

Got mine Friday late... took not many hours to get the company name approved and‌ afterwards to get the certificate.

Did you got all your incorporation documents for the Seychelles company as well? If so,‌ were they complete?

I got everything as they promised. I closed my Seychelles company for almost 2 years‌ ago. What I'm looking for now is a new setup with nominees and maybe a‍ Trust or Foundation as beneficial owner of the IBC.
