Setup Seychelles company quickly, how fast is possible?

I read it is possible to register and setup a Seychelles company within 48 hours! Can someone please confirm this?


Also will I get the original documents in my hands or digital copy only?
 
Yes it is possible to incorporate a company in the Seychelles within 48 hours, just note that it will take at least 2 - 3 business days for the original incorporation documents to be available and to be couriered to you, sometimes it is even faster.


May I ask what the purpose of the incorporation is?

And what documents do you need from me?


And how much money do I need to pay to the company for the shares in the Seychelles?
 
We need a copy of passport and a utility bill or credit card / bank statement.


Be informed that the passport need to be certified by a lawyer or notary to be a true copy.

If it is the share capital you refer to, then it does not need to be paid in.

Did you got all your incorporation documents for the Seychelles company as well? If so, were they complete?
 
I got everything as they promised. I closed my Seychelles company for almost 2 years ago. What I'm looking for now is a new setup with nominees and maybe a Trust or Foundation as beneficial owner of the IBC.
