There are talks to introduce a proper program. Currently there are ways to get passport in return for $1m investment, but again everything is super grey atm. Maybe someone else can enlighten further.

I'm considering a second passport and already spoke to some reliable user on this forum to help me. The costs is 20K US$ which us much but for a passport it is nothing I think.

Hi, Can you give an update on how it's going with your 2nd passport? did you manage to get it? which country?
