correct your funds are lost face it, this small banks are all scams , may be puerto rico is good one
 
I'm surprised to see that people still not have received anything from this bank, that includes me as well 🙁

Belize or Puerto Rico bank it can be the same in regards to trust.

it looks like fbme from cyprus bank had 102 % capital ratio, and went bankrupt sounds strange
 
Well it looks like Deloitte has received funds for their "work" liquidating the bank. I assume at some point they have to disburse funds albeit much less than the 30 -40% of the final account balance they promised
