it looks like fbme from cyprus bank had 102 % capital ratio, and went bankrupt‌ sounds strange

Well it looks like Deloitte has received funds for their "work" liquidating the bank. I‌ assume at some point they have to disburse funds albeit much less than the 30‍ -40% of the final account balance they promised
