You can reduce the registration fee by applying for a‍ red plate which is like a weekend and public holiday use license plate. The registration⁠ fee is reduced to 40% of the full registration cost.

The other way is to⁤ get a fully electric super/hyper car that has an electric only range of at least⁣ 50km. So you can then buy a Rimac Nevara and import it with no registration⁢ fee smi(&%. But if you can afford a Rimac....well.....
 
Yes I do and yes car import duty is no joke here‍ as that's how gov makes its money.
 
What's about MOT?
Do you have to take the car‍ to Estonia every few years to get an inspection?
