You will always need to remind that the bank account need to be in the same country as the paypal account is registered and the company for that sake. Strange rules from PayPal but that makes the entire setup with them very difficult, with an offshore company setup.

The bank don't care actually about your PayPal account it is the other way around. You will need to ask PayPal or to check with them if they can make use of your new account if not located in Cyprus and it is a Cyprus PayPal account you have.

As yves explained, PayPal has concerns over your bank account, not the other way around.

So even the Paypal has the different country registered with the bank, I still able to use it ?

It seems you have Cyprus paypal accout linked with you CBoC. If this the matter then, Yes, you can link your new bank account with your existing paypal.
But if your paypal is from other country then sorry, you can't. There have obligations in PayPal to use same country bank account 🙁

Yeah mate. I wish paypal had been a little flexible too. But it isn't the case yet.

Never trust PayPal with Offshore banking. As far as my research goes, they screw up their clients and they are implementing huge fees which is the main reason why we are using Offshore bank accounts.

Wrong, I've linked my Maltese LeuPay account to my (other EU country) PayPal.

As someone permanently banned by Paypal, I would simply overlook your preferences.

What happened to your PayPal? my friend was banned also few weeks ago because he accidentally logged in his account with a VPN turned on on this PC. I'm really worried about PayPal because they could easily ban someone even without the right reason to do so.

Hello
I want to switch to other banks in cyprus because there fees in less.
ATM i have account with central bank of cyprus.
I want to know whether other banks accept connection with paypal or not?

They accept it but you need to have a Cyprus Paypal account for this to work.

Strange no one asked how you can have a bank account with the Central Bank of Cyprus???

You can only withdraw money to a Debit Card that is connected to the bank account in Cyprus. Still pretty easy.

As long as we can withdraw money to that card and it's going to my bank account in Cyprus I'm perfectly fine with that!

You can withdraw however only to VISA cards not Mastercard. And it needs to be a direct link card- meaning the funds go straight to your account. I have two Cyprus accounts. One with MasterCard debit (uesless) and one with linked Visa - perfect.
So changing bank accounts (as I did) is not a problem. Company does not have to be in Cyprus either, however, a Director needs to be in Cyprus OR a certain percentage of your business does have to be, or you should make it appear so and claim so.

Hope you are still around! Does LeyPay account is a real bank and do they open foregin accounts do you know that?

I do not understand your question?

LeuPay is an EMI, not a real bank, and it can be linked to any -EU- based country. PayPal cannot refuse this due to EU laws.
