Paypal allowed with all banks in cyprus?

The bank account must be in the same country where the Paypal account is registered. And in this case if you are living in Cyprus and you just want to change the bank, I don't think it will be a problem and to confirm that, ask from the bank first that you are hoping to move

Actually this is not correct. I have working paypal accounts with Leupay as IBAN.
 
I have 2 different paypal account (Lithunia and Netherland) and used my single leupay iban for both account(Different IBAN - USD/EUR) both are working

Dear Ana, did you create a corporate PayPal account or personal one ?
 
Hi, I'm from Cyprus and I created a company PayPal account with Bank of Cyprus and later switched to only Paysera (Lithuania) without problems. So maybe this country restriction on PayPal is only on account creation?!

Btw: How do you have a account on Central Bank of Cyprus ???
