@jafo . Maybe your relationship ended in 2023, but his utter lack of honesty with his most recent Panama/ Hong Kong omnibus setup was the nail in the coffin for me.
Long story short, he was selling that crap as a “non-CRS” reported structure, even though Hong Kong had been part of CRS since 2018 if I’m not mistaken.
Then he tried to back up his ridiculous advertising by saying, “But omnibus accounts weren’t reported”… which was complete bullshit after Hong Kong introduced CRS 2.0 in 2024 (and omnibus accounts were added to the list).
You can argue that he’s corrupted and influenced by those around him. But that doesn’t negate basic due-diligence on the pitfalls that a client can land in when buying one’s service. And not disclosing those pitfalls, and advertising that they don’t exist, is what put Jordan Belfort in prison.
Not to mention him ghosting clients for months, only to come up with an excuse similar to the king of bullshittery, ActionMan.

So he can take clients’ money during that time, but he can’t send them a message saying, “I’ll get back to you after I’ve helped my imaginary wife deliver an imaginary Fraud… I meant Fred Jr.”?
It’s a forum that attracts a cesspool of scammers and people who sell out their souls to these scammers, without taking any accountability.
No one said he was responsible for Dubai’s new regime after 2023. But instead of reading the writing on the wall…. that offshores stopped becoming a plug and play solution after CRS, he doubled down and continued selling overpriced bulk solutions, hoping that the client holding the bag won’t get the state’s compliance on their ass.
