None of them offer Merchant accounts or payment processing as far as I know.

I made a search on this forum and found 1 bank for Mauritius who open merchant account for payment processing.
They are Lancore and can easely be found by using google 🙂

Name of the reseller would be great. Merchant account only for credit card payment processing right? So I would not have need for it as I see it.
I do not know the name of the bank that you two are talking about. But I just want to ask you one thing. Why are you so interested in Mauritius? Are there great opportunities waiting for offshore companies in there? I am only familiar with it because of its beautiful tourist destinations.
