I need internet banking and USD / EUR accounts.

None of them offer Merchant accounts‌ or payment processing as far as I know.

There is a bank in Mauritius who offer merchant account for Seychelles and Belize corps‌ as far as I read here on the forum somewhere..

Name of the reseller would be great. Merchant account only for credit card payment processing‌ right? So I would not have need for it as I see it.

I do not know the name of the bank that you two are talking about.‌ But I just want to ask you one thing. Why are you so interested in‍ Mauritius? Are there great opportunities waiting for offshore companies in there? I am only familiar⁠ with it because of its beautiful tourist destinations.
