True, forget about the BVI and banking if you don't have a local lawyer who‌ can help you out there!

Hi All - there is a bank in the BVI that works well with Paypal!‌ I know this because I lived in the BVI for a number of years. Opening‍ an account in the BVI is no more challenging than opening an account anywhere else⁠ in the world. Personal accounts in the BVI are as open as a regular account⁤ offshore, however, an IBC corporate account offers reasonable privacy and confidentiality.
