Dubai at a glance
Working with the most reputable business authorities in Dubai we can setup a Dubai Company structure that grants the shareholders of the company an investor residence visa in the UAE.
The Dubai Company structure business bank accounts as well as the personal bank accounts for each shareholder will be opened with local banks using the investor residence visa.
By using the investor residence visa to open the local UAE bank accounts the banks consider each residence visa holder as a resident within the UAE - this means NO-CRS reporting.
To keep the investor residence visa active there is only every 180 days a physical presence of minimum 24 hours within the UAE for each investor residence visa holder required.

Setup: 7.000€
Yearly: 4.000€

That includes everything. Dubai Company with 1 Visa, Medical Test and Emirates ID, Business Bank Account and Personal Bank Account opening.

The company formation can be done remote as well as getting the E-Visa. To finalise the Visa you have to come to the UAE. After you received the residence Visa we open the local bank accounts. Due to the residence visa the banks consider you as local resident - no CRS reporting. It's required by law to open the accounts in person. Once open you just have to keep the Visa valid with being in the UAE every 6 months for 24 hours.

That's the short breakdown and to make sure everything is working out in practice you have us as your local partner.

The company yes of course.

Bank account without visa within the UAE requires mid. 6 figure deposits and long conversations with the bank.

Like we mention and provide the service it's a closed good working system that makes sure everything is working out in practice.

Looking at the requirements to set up a company, I see some providers mention you need to have a certificate in the industry. Can you elaborate on the requirements for setting up a consulting company?

Also, how does the residence visa work, you show up on a tourist visa first, and can get the visa changed? Or do you need to do every thing outside the country. Thank you.

Hello sir ,

Can I ask what are the minimum balances required for personal/business account.. last time I checked with another provider personal bank acc required about 10k eur and business was 50k if I'm not mistaken.

With residency setup and uae Id are those required balances lower and if they are can you say what are they.

Much appreciated.

For setting up the company no qualification is required for the business field you want to establish the company for.

After the company is incorporated you receive an establishment card from us that allows to issue an eVisa even when you are outside the country. With this eVisa you simply fly in and we can start on the following business day with the medical test and physical visa issuance to your passport.

The best day to fly in is on Saturday so that we can start on Sunday. If we do everything remote including the eVisa you just have to be here from Saturday to the following Saturday (5 working days) and we get everything done. Medical test, visa issuance to passport, Emirates ID and the bank meeting.

During the Dubai Company Formation process we already submit to our banks and get the green light of the compliance so that the bank meeting is just filling and sign the account application form in person. After that 2-4 weeks later you receive everything by mail from your personal banker including debit card shipped to you by express.

Of course we work only with banks that know what's going on and don't try to play funny games that you have to come again to the bank for additional signature.

Of course.

One of our banks we work with is ADIB they require minimum balance for business bank account of 5.000 AED (around 1.000 EUR).

For personal it's something similar even less 3.000 AED.

The above mentioned are for Dubai Companies (Onshore) and Emirates ID (residence).

For Offshore Companies (non-resident) it's something in the 6 figures Euros as well as personal non-resident bank account.

Because of the current regulations we only suggest to setup Dubai Companies with residence visa as the banks like it as they can setup your bank account as resident and don't have to deal with CRS reporting stuff as it's additional work for the banks.

This is relevant for Free zone company? Thanks.

Hi Fred,
What are the requirements to be considered a UAE tax resident? Do I have to stay there for at least 180 days/year?

Hi fishstick,

yes to get the tax certificate - that's the official requirement.

However in practice it's more like staying 3-4 times during the year for 1-2 weeks in the UAE.

Experience from the practice - tested by myself.

If you want to be sure just stay the first year the 180 days/year and on the 2nd year like the practice example I gave above.

To keep the residence active and therefore the bank accounts without the CRS it's every 180 days being in the UAE for 1 day but even this is currently due to COVID much more lenient from the governemnt - tested in practice last year as well.
