Yes United Arab Emirates is part of CRS since 2018 see here:

However as mentioned due to the residence visa the Dubai Company Formation grants you - the local UAE banks don't report under CRS as you are fully considered a local UAE resident. It's called residence by investment see here:

That's why I wanted to meet Fred in person first. I suggest you meet him in person if you don't trust it, which is what I did.
So far he setup my freezone company already and the additional things are being worked on. Once everything is setup for me I will post a more detailed review of working with Fred, so far so good.
Any updates? What are the odds of wie7se and Fred being the same person? Looks like both of them started their activity in this forum a few weeks ago... Fred was registered in 2019, but his messages date from february 2021, wie7se registered this month too.
And you registered a month ago and claim such conspiracy, I can confirm they are not the same! Maybe you have a hidden agenda?

Take it or leave it, you can either go with Fred or not, if you don't trust it then don't do it. You could also wait for me to leave a full review of Fred his service after everything has been setup for me, but since you don' trust me either that would make no differnce. And if you still think me and Fred are the same I would love to join a zoom call to confirm we are not. You can even meet hem irl.
Fred established the company for me and already sent me a scan of the company documents and a scan of the establishment card.
I was also skeptical in the beginning because you can't know if somebody tells the truth here, but I spoke several hours with him and decided to go with him because it sounds like he knows what he does. As he is German like me, it was an additional advantage for me.
I will probably fly to Dubai this weekend to get the residence visa and to open the bank accounts with Fred. I will give an update here when everything is finished.

There is many ways banks will report you to the CRS even if you have a residency visa:
I could assume some banks also just reports to your homecountry for the fun of it.
- Factually most banks will report you if the phone number you report is not local. So if you go to UAE and your country code on your phone number is something else, then you can be assured that they will report to CRS just to make sure
