Yes - forget about all the rumors that are online for Mainland Company with 100% foreign ownership - till now nothing happened and even if it will be introduced a high balance in the bank of 3-4M AED is required.

What do you recommend for online entrepreneurs? Digital marketing/affiliate marketing and digital products/apps.
Which zone?
What the total cost would be for a such package including a visa and everything else required to be CRS complaint?
I conduct 0 transactions with my country of residence.
Currently, I have a foreign-owned us LLC but looking to move away from the USA...they will introduce a UBO registry in 2022.
I also may need Paypal and Stripe.

Has anyone successfully incorporated a company with Fred? Method takes 3 weeks and he is kind of a rush... just suspicious he trying to get as many on board before bad reviews start to pop?

I can share some experience.
I transferred. My bank blocked the transfer initially due to it not belonging to my transaction profile, but they said they had no complaints against said account or company and just wanted to check back that my account has not been hacked etc.
There was a few back and forth due me not being able to make nice passport pictures.
My company has been approved and now I wait for the documents, Fred told me this week. Replies are quick when I ask something.
I can report back with more info hopefully soon e.g. when I got a copy of the company documents etc.
Yes - many Traders - no matter if Forex or Crypto - form a Dubai Company to get the residence Visa and living a 0% tax lifestyle and just using the Business Bank Account for daily expenses as no accounting is required at all.

Just met with fred today. Was nice meeting him in person finally.
I cant say much about bank transfers yet because we are still in the process of setting up everything.

As an update on this:
As I was checking my mails just before, I found the message from Freds company containing all company documents from the full package including the establishment card and rental contract.
Some doc like the certificate of formation can be verified with QR code & url of the dubai freezone eservice portal Fred works with.
So the total process so far was very good and took about 2 weeks including me being slow due to some sickness, bank trying to call me and blocked transaction and some back and forth with passport photo requirements.
So, yes my company is successfully incorporated.
thanks for your update is good to see a reputable member with some history vouching for Fred. I will myself proceed with his services and inform here.
Btw he told me process took 3 weeks + 1 week irl , so in practice took less?
In my case it took 12 days after I paid to have my company set up.
Well, it can always vary in time especially during these volatile and unpredictable times. And I am also not always fast to reply.
for me, the 1 week irl is still to come, probably next month.
Hi, I normally do not share my experience but after I met Fred yesterday in person I can see he is serious and knowledgeable. So far he has been very direct of what can be done and what cannot, and as well very fair in the fees ( in Dubai there are other "incorporators" much more expensive and less serious). My case is not that easy but somehow Fred is looking for the best solution which I truly appreciate. I hope he keeps growing and help people here doing good business. Thanks mate

Attached some pictures of the office space that comes with the Dubai Company Formation - as many people were asking about.
Furthermore attached is a quick statement that they don't have issues with at least one of the banks here in the UAE - as many people were asking about if the local banks are cryptofriendly or not.
