Naturopathy is not a science. I would stay clear of anyone claiming to be a “naturopathic doctor”.
Yeah.

But what matter the most is the content itself not the diploma.

Holy cow this "course" is an egregious collection of rubbish!
Useless cherry picked anedoctes, physiology misrepresented etc.
I've read it quickly and found pearls of ignorance like:

- cholestasis that causes asthma, gout, viral flu, hepatitis B, ADHD, aggression
- colorful fruits/veggies are toxic
- polyphenols are poison

In short, just another conspiracy based theory contradicting nutrition science. 💩

Aka "I went to a school that teaches homeopathy, crystal vibes, and how to diagnose ‘toxic bile’ from your aura"

Aka "I have the exact undergrad degree that should have taught me how vitamin A works… and I still wrote a 74 page manifesto claiming carrots are venom and your morning coffee is basically Zyklon-B"

In short: "I went to school for all the right things and still came out dumber than a box of unfortified rice”

This is the purpose of sharing, discussing other opinions, like peptides, supplements, diets etc...

What I believe and apply in my daily bases is a balanced diet.
Science is not belief. Sometimes we follow broscience (anecdotal knowledge), when science is not yet there, but we should stay away from conspiracists and the likes.

If you eat a bit of everything, no processed foods, exercise regularly and sleep well you will be generally fine and probably better than 90% of the population.
If you want to be in the top 1%, then that's a different story...

Without any doubt, there is a huge amount of information about nutrition, the importance of exercise, and good sleep habits everywhere nowadays. It was very different just 10-15 years ago. Information existed back then, but you really had to look for it, and significantly fewer studies had been conducted and/ or available to the general public.

Now, even if you are not actively searching for it, it will appear across many different sources. It is actually not that difficult to understand what you need to do to live well and, as @JohnnyDoe described, live better than 90% of the population.

Whenever you come across “secret discoveries,” “unusual approaches”, “revolutionary advice” and other synonyms you can be sure it is rubbish.
