Is payment cards attached to emi accounts are non crs reportable?

Cards by themselves are not reportable, but they are usually tied to accounts where you‌ hold a balance. Those accounts are usually reportable.

Entirely safe to‍ use if the atm is not being manipulated with a copy device for your card⁠ details 😉

Advcash UnionPay doesn't have a name on it... the other-ones's likely do. (mastercard/visa).

Having said‌ that Advcash Unionpay cards are issued under license by a US white label service to‍ a bank in the Caribbean. Either one of those parties likely does reporting.

I'm not saying it is or isn't the case here, but I‍ have seen cases of cards not having names printed on them but still have the⁠ name stored in the mag stripe/EMV chip.

but these cards are down for months⁤ in a row, so hardly any good for serious business..
