I'm not saying it is or isn't the case here, but I have seen cases of cards not having names printed on them but still have the name stored in the mag stripe/EMV chip.wellington said:

Having said that Advcash Unionpay cards are issued under license by a US white label service to a bank in the Caribbean. Either one of those parties likely does reporting.
