All online banks offer visa / master card services only for citizens of‍ European Union countries. I live in the Balkans, more precisely in Albania that we are⁠ not yet in the EEA

They must have provided an address‍ in the EEA. Not exactly difficult. But Paysera are only good for super low risk⁠ stuff. I don't think they will like sports betting.
