I had contact to a few firms, generally they charge the same 4,500 CHF for AG and GmbH I wonder why it is the same costs!

around 2.5k is just the legal fees alone from notary and stuff.
The process is mostly the same. You just need way more cash for the ag.

They have to do same work which you can't avoid. Switzerland costs approx 5 times more compared to Seychelles, Belize and BVI!

isn't it like with most other jurisdictions the costs depend on the number of transactions per year?

how will you secure that you have all documents in place and correct completed using this provider? I believe as an foreigner you won't just be able to go ahead registering a company in Zug without some professional to help?
