I need a Swiss GmBH in Lugano or Zug, who can help?

Asked for a proposal from fizh.ch

They told me that it is not possible to‌ stay hidden from the company register if I setup a GmBH in Zug, they say‍ it must be an AG I asked why and awaiting their reply!

They charge 4500⁠ CHF for the setup of a AG so I'm curious to learn what they will⁤ charge for a GmBH

Same answer as anywhere else when it comes to bank account⁣ opening, a company without substance will have a hard time to open an account with⁢ any of the banks there. I believe we will be going with an EMI as︀ long as we don't have an office.

To maintain accounting and reporting of the annual︁ tax report for a company with up to 20 invoices in total they ask for︂ 2000 - 3000 CHF per annum.

I believe that it should be all I need to establish something in Switzerland,︄ let me know what you guys got in your proposal and what the different services︅ have told you please.

be careful with ch there is tons of offres, the problems start the 2 year‌ with chareges, that they can top 20 k for do nothing

It can be done with a︅ gmbh, but you need to find a skilled one.
The partner can be an AG︆ and the manager can be someone you appoint. Problem solved.
You need some rental of︇ course as well, maybe your provider lets you rent a room or something.

1. That is very expensive. AG︅ and GmBH need both the same procedure, so it will be the same price. It︆ cost about 500 CH. Notaire fees included.
2. You can find online accounting providers about︇ 120CHF/month (about 40-50 invoices)
3. You can include your company online by yourself in the︈ "registre commerce"
4. 1000CH is a good price for a Registered office.

1. Company creation: ifj.ch, startups.ch
2. You need a swiss resident "director" (Maybe they include‌ this and for that they want you to pay 5000CH).
3. Accounting and fiscal stupid‍ things: About 90-100CHF an hour. (Vaud). Some companies offer "forfait" and its about 120-130CHF a⁠ month for small requirements. For example, in Geneve, try to avoid fiduciaries in the city.⁤ Check in Meyrin for example.

Sorry I didn't post a reply to all the comments, I have been busy.

I got a similar offer to what others had here with Fidinam, 4,5K CHF for a‌ Swiss AG + their other services. It does look like they have a standard rate‍ they just pull out to requests like they receive.

Same conditions for a Zug company.⁠

I can add that it is not required to live in Zug to have a⁤ company there, you can live anywhere in Switzerland or outside.

Compared to where I live⁣ today, the living costs are low, I don't understand replies I have seen around the⁢ forum that Switzerland is insane expensive, it is aprox 30% less in total then where︀ I live now, not to speak taxes which add an extra 15% so in total︁ I'm able to live 45% less expensive for the same money.

They told me that︂ in average you can have all the mandatory insurance including health insurance for 500 CHF︃ which is okay.

It can be a huge game changer for my personal live, considering︄ it really a lot.
