How does a Cyprus company differ from an Offshore company?

I'm curious to know how a Cyprus company differ from a Offshore company say Panama or Belize?

It depends very much on what it is your goals are and what you want to achieve. For instant a Cyprus company can be as much a offshore company as for instant a Seychelles company is. However, Seychelles and Cyprus are two different jurisdictions which each their own applicable laws and regulations.

If you appoint nominees you will have the same level of privacy as with any other offshore company! By appointing nominees you your name will not be listed anywhere public.
