I'm EU based (country inside the AEI).

Do I better open an personal offshore acc (Belize for example) on my name or go for an EMI with darks?

I receive around 4k on Paypal montly and taxes are so high here, dunno what to do.

EMI for darks if‍ privacy and anonymity really matters! I would never trust any real bank any longer for⁠ not sharing my personal data sooner or later. Regardless if it is a corporate or⁤ personal account I open with them!

To keep it simple, avoid to get a company inbetween. Darks and EMI + PayPal‌ so you will be fine. Depending on the volume you receive by PayPal you may‍ be required to get a business account which at this point will require sme onshore⁠ company for easy setup.

With an EMI account (shared IBAN) you can link a card on PayPal. For example‌ Worldcore.
With an EMI as Leupay you can link a card and/or a bank account‍ on PayPal.
