What are the most "friendly" banks in Montenegro to open an account? Visit the bank is not a problem.

You can bank with a bank that has an EU parent. You can bank with a bank that has a non-EU parent (fi Russia). You can bank with a local bank.
Guess which one, from a data collection/subpoena point of view is preferable for you. Then choose a well capitalised one/few from the others. Make a list, visit them. Open at two different banks. Use one as your primary, the other one as backup. (account charges are minimal anyways)
