Update on my end :
I received my company this morning with all the documents‌ ! Next step is bank account 🙂

Update: Company formation has been completed. Took 4 weeks, due to holidays and new regulations‌ with Belize company formations.

Overall Offshorecorpgroup have provided a good service, they were available via‍ Skype and answered many of my initial questions to help me get a better understanding⁠ of offshore companies.

Company ordered for 2 days ago, today I got the company details from the agent,‌ all fine. Scanned copies will follow Monday next week because of the weekend. So aprox‍ 3 business days in total, pretty good and normal for a Belize company formation.

Started the process to incorporate a new business in Belize with them.. so far got‌ the name approval!

Do you know if they can setup real office and help with finding staff in‌ Cyprus if I register a company with them?

update: All fine got my company and scanned copy today!

I don't know if they are able⁠ to do that. However, I know they are part of something in Cyprus with real⁤ office and staff so you may ask them.

Asked them to help me with the setup of a real company in Cyprus with‌ office etc. they asked for a consultancy fee and if I'm willing to come to‍ Cyprus to get setup! I agreed after some negotiation. Will let you know where my⁠ new office in Cyprus will be 😀

They are good, didn't faced any single issue that didn't got sorted out yet! there‌ have been delays with the bank account opening but that's obviously not their fault.
