Update: Company formation has been completed. Took 4 weeks, due to holidays and new regulations with Belize company formations.
Overall Offshorecorpgroup have provided a good service, they were available via Skype and answered many of my initial questions to help me get a better understanding of offshore companies.

Company ordered for 2 days ago, today I got the company details from the agent, all fine. Scanned copies will follow Monday next week because of the weekend. So aprox 3 business days in total, pretty good and normal for a Belize company formation.
Do you know if they can setup real office and help with finding staff in Cyprus if I register a company with them?
update: All fine got my company and scanned copy today!
I don't know if they are able to do that. However, I know they are part of something in Cyprus with real office and staff so you may ask them.

Asked them to help me with the setup of a real company in Cyprus with office etc. they asked for a consultancy fee and if I'm willing to come to Cyprus to get setup! I agreed after some negotiation. Will let you know where my new office in Cyprus will be 😀
Got setup almost with real office and utility - waiting to finalize the rest. Has been a pleasure to visit Cyprus and the team behind.
They are most often helpful unless you send them a 1 page tight written list of questions 😀
could you explain why many questions is not good if you spend thousand of dollars ? (for example 5000 usd)
