For affiliate business Im looking for best offshore jurisdiction to incorporate?

What is the best offshore jurisdiction for paying affiliates? I'm running a online business and have everything in place for it. I want to divide the company into 2 entities so affiliates are paid by one offshore company while my core business runs in an onshore / offshore company different.

Thank you, I placed my order already for a Seychelles company simpyl to check it out. Do you have suggestions for other offshore jurisdictions?

Thank you for your order... other jurisdictions could be Guatemala or Mauritius or Panama, but it depends very much on what you try to achieve. For instant if you will be doing a lot of business in Europe I would suggest you a Cyprus company.

At least it worked for me I can say. Clickbank is the main affiliate program Im using and it works perfectly with my Seychelles setup.
