For affiliate business Im looking for best offshore jurisdiction to incorporate?

What is the best offshore jurisdiction for paying affiliates? I'm running a online business and have everything in place for it. I want to divide the company into 2 entities so affiliates are paid by one offshore company while my core business runs in an onshore / offshore company different.

At least it worked for me I can say. Clickbank‍ is the main affiliate program Im using and it works perfectly with my Seychelles setup.⁠
