Cyprus ridiculous fees for strike off

I would suggest simply change the provider to a cheaper one and close the company with the minimum cost.

Total: 15 290 EUR

Could someone explain how to get rid of the company for less? Should I leave it and not pay anything? These fees seem to be overinflated for all including - 1) striking off 2) nil audits 3) UBO submissions.

I haven't read what others have written, but typically I just let the company run its course and be dissolved on its own when I no longer need it. When the agent I've used keeps following up, I simply delete the email address and forget about it.

After some time, the company is gone.

Yes, but of course, this strategy won't work if you're based in Cyprus. However, there's no need to worry if you live in another country. You could even go a step further and have all correspondence sent to a private mailbox in a completely different jurisdiction, if you want to take extra precautions.

You mean this strategy involves Cyprus, one of EU countries submitting you to a police wanted list 😛 ?
