I would suggest simply change the provider to a cheaper one and close the company‌ with the minimum cost.

I haven’t read what others have written, but typically I just let︈ the company run its course and be dissolved on its own when I no longer︉ need it. When the agent I’ve used keeps following up, I simply delete the email︊ address and forget about it.

After some time, the company is gone.
