Cyprus company to be owned by Seychelles IBC?

A IBC is no different from any other Seychelles company, so the answer to your question is yes it is possible to have a IBC to be 100% share holder in the Cyprus company. Also it is owned by a foundation or any other entity it is still possible.

You don't need a Seychelles corp to register a Cyprus company, why some do it this way is because it offers an additional layer of privacy.

Thank you for your comments Im in the process with Admin to incorporate the companies... We decided to incorporate the Seychelles first and then the Cyprus company for maximum privacy and tax benefits.
