Can a Cyprus company be owned by a Seychelles IBC which is owned by a Seychelles Foundation that again is owned by a Seychelles Trust?

A IBC is no different from any other Seychelles company, so the answer to your‌ question is yes it is possible to have a IBC to be 100% share holder‍ in the Cyprus company. Also it is owned by a foundation or any other entity⁠ it is still possible.

Thank you for your comments Im in the process with Admin to incorporate the companies...‌ We decided to incorporate the Seychelles first and then the Cyprus company for maximum privacy‍ and tax benefits.
