citizenship by investment

Please go with henley and partners (As they are managing most of CIP programs) Others‌ ones are shady as *** .... I do not even mind to contact them to‍ risk money.

They take care everything from opening bank accounts for investments and mail forwarding. They are lawyers and ready to answer any question.

Here is nice comparison tool - Program Check - Arton Capital
If you decide to‌ go through with it, i would suggest finding a local agent in the country of‍ your choice and contacting him directly. Generally cheaper and faster. Agent in your home country would want commission for basically nothing.

I'd be very clear on what you want to achieve, what sort of passport you‌ need (which countries they will give you visa free travel to, if it makes bank‍ account opening easier, etc) and so on before laying down the cash.

Funny, after reading this thread last month I ended up going down this track of‌ researching. My passport says I am a Kiwi (New Zealand citizen).. It's a great passport‍ but the more diversified I get the more I want a backup plan (is it Simon Black that says that, always have a backup plan?).

I'm still deciding on where⁤ I want residency long term, but Europe is seeming the most likely place. Anyway, the⁣ top option I can find right now seems to be Montenegro. Here's the criteria:

Sounds easy in theory, and︄ not a huge investment for what is a pretty good passport. The passport gives visa-free︅ or visa on arrival access to 124 jurisdictions according to Wiki. I've also been︆ digging into infrastructure investments in the country and there seem to be some good opportunities,︇ though I wouldn't expect them all to go smoothly. Done correctly the passport could be︈ paid off via the investments within ~5 years (but know the risk!!).

However, it's all︉ moving pretty slowly. Despite claims it will be ready and smooth sailing by 2020, it has been a very long time coming. I'm not convinced the program will actually︊ be handing out citizenships in 2020, let alone passports. So you probably want to be︋ patient.

But, I'm optimistic. Friends have said "go to Canada" but I don't want to︌ live in that miserable cold and pay crazy taxes for 5+ years.

If anyone has︍ more insight, let me know!

Since you can already travel whenever you want, why not consider a second or third︋ tier passport obtained after 3-5 years residency period with little or no investment. EU passport/residency︌ always come with tax bill.

second citizenship passport could work for many purposes so for the opening of offshore companies‌ and accounts.

That's the main reason why I'm trying to look outside the box. I pay around 10% personal tax at the⁤ moment and don't want to have to get residency in a high tax country for⁣ another passport.

What countries do you have in mind daxbr?

This will be a long term project so you better pick location carefully as you‌ may be spending some time there. Why not go on extended vacation and choose countries‍ you like, then investigate their residency laws. You can apply on your own and it should be cheap. Otherwise if you are in a hurry, <<<snippet>>> posted a video today⁤ about new passport program in Montenegro but is is not cheap.

According to our youtube friend, it is E100k donation or E250k real estate purchase‍ inland or E450real estate purchase on the coast +vat +agents fee. The biggest expense I see is future tax liability when they join the EU and further down the line⁤ ,tax on worldwide income. Visa free to EU and Russia but not good for The⁣ Americas and UK/Ireland.

Why not try Panama, but first contact the POLS which is a licensed Panama law‌ firm specializing in all Panama offshore legal services, including the formation of Panama Corporation and‍ Panama foundations. Their Offshore corporations and foundation packages are the most complete in the industry. In addition, they offer Panama immigration services, Panama real estate transaction processing, escrow services, and⁤ maritime vessel registration. Just Google "POLS Panama Law Firm Specialist" and also do research on⁣ Panama, cause it may be exact what Void need.

As much as I appreciate your overt advertisement, one reason is: YOU WILL NEVER GET︀ IT.

Panama and a couple other South American countries will issue you residency but citizenship︁ is a pipe dream, regardless what lawyers assure you of and charge you for.
