You can change the nominee's at any time, just be informed that additional costs incur if you need the incorporation documents changed as well.


Any company so an Offshore company can open a Cyprus bank account.

Cool, about nominees is it same for a BVI company or Cyprus only?


Can BVI company open Cyprus company, sorry for stupid question, I need to fell sure.
 
All companies worldwide can be a shareholder in a Cyprus company, so a BVI company can as well own all shares in the Cyprus IBC.

Sorry for that! What I mend was if it is possible for a BVI company to insert nominee director and shareholder as well as a Cyprus company can?
 
Yes it is possible, actually in most countries so offshore jurisdictions it is possible to appoint nominees, it is just not always public known since some countries don't allow this.

When I have nominee director to sign contracts and agreements will they also be able to sign a Merchant account agreement? Will I need a nominee shareholder while I have the Nom. director?
 
You can change the director and shareholder of a company as many times as you need it, so the nominee director & shareholder. You just have to pay for it. I'm in the process to do such a change..
