bitsacard.com frozen my funds and not replying to emails, is it possible anything to do?

They can't talk because it's likely criminal in nature...

Well that's them checking source of wealth and filing a SAR...

Now it's probably had some response, and they are now unable to interact with you.

@wellington might be right. If they aren't saying anything, they may be suspecting criminal activities and are following some procedure that may culminate in a SAR being filed with the authorities.

You can try filing a formal complaint and see if the regulator can help you.

How much money were you spending on the card monthly?

Did it happen after a purchase or after you made a deposit?

I have been a client for a few months, almost haven't used account for last month, maybe something around 3000 eur went into account. There was 800 EUR left and I made a bank transfer of 200 EUR to a friend and the payment didn't went, account got frozen, received letter with questions.

do they have limits on this is a valid question 😉
