Well that's them checking source of wealth and filing a SAR...

Now it's probably had‌ some response, and they are now unable to interact with you.

@wellington might be right. If they aren't saying anything, they may be suspecting criminal activities‌ and are following some procedure that may culminate in a SAR being filed with the‍ authorities.

You can try filing a formal complaint and see if the regulator can help⁠ you.

I have been a client for a few months, almost haven't⁠ used account for last month, maybe something around 3000 eur went into account. There was⁤ 800 EUR left and I made a bank transfer of 200 EUR to a friend⁣ and the payment didn't went, account got frozen, received letter with questions.

I thought this could be a way to receive "tip gifts", people buy a top up voucher send you the code and you add it to your card.
