Do not use this service, i Wrote in other topic, I was using their bank account only because for personal expenses, I was paying out from my company to my personal bank account and using their card to pay hotels, groceries, gas, and daily expenses.
I was L3 verified.
At one moment 6 months ago I was reached by support and they told me since I am using their account to receive money from company I need to upgrade to business for few extra $$$ per transaction.
I accepted and it all worked fine for 6 months.
One day account got suspended without any︀ notification in app or email, I found hard way while trying to pay with card︁ in supermarket.
After 2 weeks with chatting with support on daily basis I got email︂ that my account is not suspended but frozen temporarily due to regular KYC check (even︃ I was L3 verified already).
In 4 emails I had to provide over 12 documents,︄ even passport copy verified by apostile, my company bank statement from other bank, my business︅ information, bills, invoices (have no idea how is this related since my business has nothing︆ to do with them neither i was receiving business payments on their accounts, but ok,︇ I had nothing to hide so I delivered). I even delivered my full time employment︈ contract, confirmation about tax payments.
After that no response for a month now, account still︉ suspended and my funds are frozen. They did not even offered me to pay me︊ out and close the account.
Instead they suspend, keep quiet and keep funds.
