Depending on where you live a UK LLP can work in just the same way a US LLC does.
If you do not require anonymity then its just as good. Plus if payments are coming from US you are free from WHT and or CIT. Plus you have options when it comes to banks and EMI providers.
Yes but it can be a company there are a lot of companies that will be your 1% partner. The partnership agreement defines you receive 100% of the profits.
You are supposed to declare the tax in your home country. The UK authorities wont inform them.
