Can you share with us how did you set up your business (where did you incorporate or if you moved your residency)?

Depending on where you⁠ live a UK LLP can work in just the same way a US LLC does.⁤
If you do not require anonymity then its just as good. Plus if payments are⁣ coming from US you are free from WHT and or CIT. Plus you have options⁢ when it comes to banks and EMI providers.

Yes but⁠ it can be a company there are a lot of companies that will be your⁤ 1% partner. The partnership agreement defines you receive 100% of the profits.
You are supposed⁣ to declare the tax in your home country. The UK authorities wont inform them.
