Sounds about right then to pay 900K for a villa in this place...let alone 1-2MM as some ads run...I believe there must be areas worth staying, but unfortunately overall this is a risky (very) country.

Sometime Saving tax cost you a life . We take granted things which are easily available like safety, water, police etc. in home country .
